  2. Dry masala ke tamam ingredients grind kar lein.
  3. Rice wash karein or soak krden half an hour ke liye.
  4. Pan me ghee garam karein, cauliflower,carrtot,peas or capsicum ko halka se fry kar ke plate me Nikal lein.
  5. Ab isi pan me onion add karein, light golden hony tak fry karein phr ginger garlic paste add karein mix karein phr bay leaves,red curshed chilli, chicken or salt add kar ke mix karein.
  6. Ab tomatoes, yougart, dry masala or green chillies add kar ke slow flame par 5minutes ke lye cover kar dein.
  7. Ab fry ki hui vegetables, potato, mint leaves or coriander leaves add karein 1/4 cup water add or ke 10 mint ke lye cover krden slow flame par.
  8. Dusry pan me ghee add kar ke garam karein,white cumin, black Cumin or sabit green chillies add karein jab Khushbo any lgy tb 1& 3/4 glass Water add karein or high flame par boil hony dein.
  9. Boil any ke bad rice or salt add karein.
  10. Jab Pani dry hony lgy tb vegetable masala rice ke upar Dal dein or cover kar ke slow flame par 15 minutes dum dein.
  11. After 15 minutes mix karein or Thora sa zarda colour add kar ke mix karein or mazeed 5 minutes ke liye cover or dein.
